This website is managed by BrazzCompany srl and Tippy srl. Purchases made on this platform are governed by the following conditions of sale, in accordance with the current legislation on electronic commerce.

2. Products and availability

All BrazzProducts on the site are described as accurately as possible. However, given the craftsmanship that distinguishes all Brazz products, the images are indicative and may not perfectly represent the product received. Product availability may change without notice.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euro and include VAT, if applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and delivery method chosen. We accept the following payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability of the product. We are not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product, without having to provide a reason, except for exceptions provided by law. The product must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging. The shipping costs of the return are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated. 6. Warranty and Claims

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the current legislation. In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer must notify within 5 days after receipt by sending an e-mail to edoardo@brazz.it
