We are a group of friends, passionate about bouldering, craftsmanship and carrying on the culture of Made in Italy.

BrazzCompany was founded in 2021: right in the middle of a pandemic!

We are based in Montappone, a tiny village famous for hat production. Some of us grew up in a hat-making workshop, "breathing in" the scent of wool, felt, fabrics and straw. During the lockdown, we saw these workshops at a standstill, something we had never before, and thought, “Why not take advantage of this moment to design new products that align with our passions?”

So we equipped ourselves with desire to learn, tenacity and a bit of boldness. We began acquiring new tools that allowed us to work on different products, and that’s how the first BrazzPad was born!

Today, we’ve drawn on more than 70 years of experience from our family hat-making business to offer high-quality hats to the climbing and outdoor world, designed and made entirely by us. And not just 'Made in Italy'—but truly 'Made in Brazz.'
Did someone say "kilometer 0"?

We know no limits.

Our philosophy is embodied in our name and our black sheep.
What does "Brazz" mean?

Brazz is a word, maybe a bit onomatopoeic, that we’ve always used in our group’s slang while bouldering. It could mean "come on, you got this!" , "stay strong", or send it’—really, anything that could motivate us, help uspush our limits and make us feel the strong presence of the group.

Then came our little sheep. It might seem a bit on the edge, but it can count on the strength of its flock.
