“It was a relatively quick process, but with different nuances. In the first session I quickly learned all the individual moves and at that moment I thought I could do it that same day. But that wasn’t the case. It was probably the longest boulder problem I’ve ever climbed, with 28 moves. Keeping my mind clear and focused was the most challenging thing. I had mentally divided the problem into three parts. The first one consumed the chalk needed for the second one. The final part of the roof, where the crux is. I had to get there with a good amount of strength for the four super explosive moves where you had to stay compressed for their entire duration. And finally the exit, a question of self-control and mental clarity, where unfortunately I fell three times. Yesterday, after the classic warm-up through the various sections, I finally managed to send it on the first try, everything went well.
Thank you so much to my Gnappa steppph_dove for supporting me in this amazing process.”
